The level of customer service was the only good thing about this hotel. Alongside the 6am-9pm (aquarium light hours) fish tank view in our room. We got 3 rooms for our party all under different reservations; 2 with the fishtank, 1 with the bay view - all on 3rd floor. Terrible service from check-in to check-out. Check-in was chaotic. From the entry, no staff was available to assist with the bags. Then it took 4 hours or more just to check-in!
