Parking, if you don't book for 15 dollars a night extra, you have a 700mtr hike uphill, across main road and in the rain at night, that is instructed by receptionist. TV channels very limited to free to air, Wifi wouldn't keep up to mirror phone. Most rooms need you to walk in rain to access from reception. Major construction going on. Shower was mint

We had a 2 br penthouse, views from room are amazing. Location is great. The room itself was showing its age. Washing machine had old washing powder in the tray. Carpets were stained, it needs a refurbishment. Also found this random power cable above the fridge and a lot of dirt (see image). The place needs a good clean. Access to the road is difficult due to high levels of traffic but the Shuttle is excellent. ...

Only thing I would say is $14 uber to or from town and the free shuttle only runs a few hours a day, then again afternoon, evening and w...

No restaurant open when we came Most of the staff don’t even say hello, Imogen was amazing though! Weekday shuttle driver was great, really helpful. Weekend guy wouldn’t even put the heater on in the middle of winter. Views are absolutely incredible and the rooms are perfect. Really steep driveway that is not great with luggage.
