Parking, if you don't book for 15 dollars a night extra, you have a 700mtr hike uphill, across main road and in the rain at night, that is instructed by receptionist. As an Oaks owner I would have given this place the full 5 stars BUT the construction being undertaken has a slight negative impact, especially if you can't secure a car park. I understand that Reception is only in a hallway during the building stage and think it will be awesome when finalised next year. Access to the road is difficult due to high levels of traffic but the Shuttle is excellent. ...

Loved our stay!!! Friendly staff, the most amazing views, even under renovation things went so smoothly! Dropped our luggage when we flew in and then it was all in our room when we arrived back in the afternoon. Easy 20min stroll along a beautiful path into town. No restaurant open when we came Most of the staff don’t even say hello, Imogen was amazing though! Weekday shuttle driver was great, really helpful. Weekend guy wouldn’t even put the heater on in the middle of winter. Views are absolutely incredible and the rooms are perfect. Really steep driveway that is not great with luggage.
