Heartland Hotel Queenstown (solo trip)

Excellent accommodation. Clean rooms friendly staff perfect views and location is only 400m walk from shops and cafes. Only issue is having to climb stairs in pouring rain to get to room. Thanks to Heartland for a great stay

First time staying here because my parents stayed here before, our room was located down below close to the gym and sauna. The location is great because it’s close to town. The only downside is there is no microwave on the room and the lamp beside the bed was so dusty, not suitable if you have allergic rhinitis like me, couldn’t sleep the whole night because of it, also the headboard and chairs we...

Great location in town. Hot pool and sauna are fantastic for a relaxing night in. Room that I had was right next to the road and offered little insulation from traffic noise. Disappointed that my suit jacket disappeared from my room (my fault for leaving in the room in after checking out, but it was never found by housekeeping). Overall, good value for money.

The hotel was convenient , only a short walk to the town where the streets and harbour front is. Also a bit further to Skyline. The view from our room was stunning, we could see the lake and the surrounding mountains. The room was quite spacious for two people (but we’re from HK , so it’s relatively spacious for us). All the staff members were super nice. Very pleasant people :).
