Cheaper accommodation and it rates like so. Rooms not really maintained. Ie a few things broken or not working. If you are out and about all day and just need basic place to sleep this is fine with great location. Easy access to lime scooter etc

Decent, definitely a 2 star hotel, maybe 3 pushing it. Beds are clean and made. Floors are dirty carpets so make sure you wear socks/shoes at all times. Great value for money hotel. Stayed for three nights after our arrival to NZ. Room was clean, a bit smelly, but I think it has something to do with air ventilation and cooking in rooms. You can wash your clothes, you can cook. Easy check-in and checkout. Good location.
