I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel. My booking was confirmed by email, yet when I arrived after a three-hour trip, I was told there were no rooms available and that my reservation had been cancelled without notice. The staff admitted they never check emails or the booking website, which is completely unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here.

I booked a room with a sea view and balcony however was given a room with neither. It also said I had a private bathroom but I was sharing with other occupants. Bed was clean and comfortable however will not recommend based on false advertisement.

From the warm welcome from Shireen, the beautiful decor, the absolutely cleanest place we have stayed in, made our stay so comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
