The Bays Bed & Breakfast (with baby)

Booked a sea view room with balcony, was given a room in the back with the view of the neighbours. Had booked this accomocation for my boyfriends 30th for our first few days in New Zealand and ended up being in the back end of the house. I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel. My booking was confirmed by email, yet when I arrived after a three-hour trip, I was told there were no rooms available and that my reservation had been cancelled without notice. The staff admitted they never check emails or the booking website, which is completely unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here.

I booked a room with a sea view and balcony however was given a room with neither. It also said I had a private bathroom but I was sharing with other occupants. Bed was clean and comfortable however will not recommend based on false advertisement.

What a wonderful experience. This was our first experience in a B&B. From the warm welcome from Shireen, the beautiful decor, the absolutely cleanest place we have stayed in, made our stay so comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Will definately be staying there again. Thankyou Shireen for your hospitality.

It was my partner and I first ever stay at a AIR BNB and what a lovely experience it was. Shareen cleanliness and warmth to our arrival was very welcoming.
