I had good experience with Vouk Hotel. I can sleep soundly during my stay. I would also want to praised their lost and found PIC, Ms Yana who had helped me post the items I left in lobby during my checkout. Keep up the good service and definitely my choice when I come again to Penang.

The room was spacious and cozy. However the toilets had a distinct sewage smell which was very disturbing and did affect the quality of our stay. The rooms were not made up on our last night despite our reminder to the friendly receptionists and that made us frustrated as we needed towels. I would appreciate a better service which would make it more pleasant for everyone to stay.
