Booked last minute on Agoda, got it for under RM100. Arrived late but the male receptionist was welcoming. Parking is limited, but the location’s great — right in the city center. I will be staying at this hotel upon return trips to Penang. The service was excellent. I was allowed to check into my room three hours early. The add on package that I purchased did not give me much value as I typically do not use many of the amenities.
