However the room itself although spacious, it was not the cleanest there were hairs that were not mine everywhere, bedsheets with old blood stains and were not changed even though I’ve asked to clean the the room twice, they only tidy and not actually clean. A lovely trip to Malaysia was facilitated by our stays at The Palace Hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff allowed us to store our luggage while doing trips away. Pool was lovely and our included buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious. Easily accessible to the city by grab

Had a great time at Palace Hotel KK last Friday for a farewell event with my coworkers. The venue was cozy and the service was excellent. Food was tasty too. Parking is okay if you come early, especially before 6pm. I’ve been at this hotel about 20 years ago and it’s nice to see it still well maintained. Overall a pleasant experience. Recommended for small events or gatherings.

Just recently stayed and organized an event in this hotel. I must say, I was very impressed by the service and the overall experience. The staff are friendly and helpful.
