However the room itself although spacious, it was not the cleanest there were hairs that were not mine everywhere, bedsheets with old blood stains and were not changed even though I’ve asked to clean the the room twice, they only tidy and not actually clean. Had a great time at Palace Hotel KK last Friday for a farewell event with my coworkers. The venue was cozy and the service was excellent. Food was tasty too. Parking is okay if you come early, especially before 6pm. I’ve been at this hotel about 20 years ago and it’s nice to see it still well maintained. Overall a pleasant experience. Recommended for small events or gatherings.
