I am very disappointed with the service at the reception. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. All is well, except that the ac of our room was not working well. Also, the receptionists were being rude and unfriendly despite the customers being elderly people and needing help from them. We wanted to extend our stay, however when we ask for help from the receptionists, they brushed us off even though we were the only people in the lobby. The foods for breakfast are wonderful..the staff friendly and helpful. Anyone need can make reservation here with wonderful and nice foods. And the chef and his assistant preparing foods on the face to face. Highly recommended.
