Raia Hotel Kota Kinabalu (couple trip)

I happened to run a seminar in Raia Hotel and altogether it was a satisfying experience. Room was very spacious, rain shower was an unexpected but pleasant feature. AC properly balanced and room service quite timely. Restaurant services were normal, lifts quite efficient and surprisingly independent 😅. hotel room is spacious for twin bedroom. good air pressure, and shower hot water is hot and nice. aircond is cold. tv is big good internet

I am very disappointed with the service at the reception. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. A reception is the first point of contact and should set a positive impression, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service, as guests deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy...

All is well, except that the ac of our room was not working well. Also, the receptionists were being rude and unfriendly despite the customers being elderly people and needing help from them. We wanted to extend our stay, however when we ask for help from the receptionists, they brushed us off even though we were the only people in the lobby. Their eyes stayed on the computer and didn’t even bothe...

The foods for breakfast are wonderful..the staff friendly and helpful. Anyone need can make reservation here with wonderful and nice foods. And the chef and his assistant preparing foods on the face to face. Highly recommended.
