I recently stayed at Elegance Grand Hotel in Johor Bahru and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Hotel room and reception was clean and well maintained. Please clean all the juice glasses at cafeteria. Went for breakfast. I felt The juice glass smelly when start to drink. Walk out from there immediately since breakfast is complimentary. No staffs around to feedback

(Revised) The online team's response was timely. Very good. Rooms are good, with great views. Unfortunately, there was hair on one of the beds, not sure what happened.
