I recently stayed at Elegance Grand Hotel in Johor Bahru and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Hotel room and reception was clean and well maintained. Please clean all the juice glasses at cafeteria. Went for breakfast. I felt The juice glass smelly when start to drink. Walk out from there immediately since breakfast is complimentary. No staffs around to feedback

A very clean and nice hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was comfortable and had Iron Box in the room which is great. It's my 2nd stay at this hotel in as many months. The location is good with lots of restaurants within walking distance. In-room dining is also affordable. The breakfast is a highlight. (Revised) The online team's response was timely. Very good. Rooms are good, with great views. Unfortunately, there was hair on one of the beds, not sure what happened. The location is great, with great food and shopping choices around. The staff was helpful, but however, is so busy, we felt like we don't exist there.
