Hotel is very dated and beds are not comfortable. Suite had multiple non working elements, and my late check out privileges were REFUSED at this property. Management is indifferent to elite Bonvoy members and attention to detail for service is poor. Many other much better hotels in Tokyo.

This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo. Not just the location or the spacious room and the beautiful large bathroom, but most importantly the customer service is 10 stars. They’re friendly, attentive and always ready to help you with whatever your needs may be. Definitely a GEM of a hotel.

Just wrapped up a stay at The Westin Tokyo, and I have to say it completely lived up to the hype. The hotel is classic elegance and modern comfort. Impeccable service , Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. Breakfast was a bit hit with freshly baked pastries and perfectly cooked eggs to a wide selection of Japanese specialties and seasonal fruits, everything ...

The front desk noticed that my birthday was several days away and placed a box of chocolates and a congratulatory card in the room before I even checked in. Everybody was friendly and went out of their way to approach you to make sure your stay was as pleasant as possible. During check...

Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Nice assortment of local, Asia and Western cuisine. The club lounge has great views and their evening cocktail session runs every evening and the wine and cocktail selection ...
