Hotel is very dated and beds are not comfortable. Suite had multiple non working elements, and my late check out privileges were REFUSED at this property. Management is indifferent to elite Bonvoy members and attention to detail for service is poor. Many other much better hotels in Tokyo.

This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo. Not just the location or the spacious room and the beautiful large bathroom, but most importantly the customer service is 10 stars. They’re friendly, attentive and always ready to help you with whatever your needs may be. Definitely a GEM of a hotel.

Everybody was friendly and went out of their way to approach you to make sure your stay was as pleasant as possible. During check...
