Rooms are spacious for a 3 person family. Location is very good too, just a short walk to the station. There are a few shops and convenience stores nearby too.

The room is small and indeed measures 11 square meters. The bed is 120 cm wide and 180 cm long, and the mattress is very comfortable. The toilet is separate from the shower. It was a great start to my first visit to Japan. The room was just large enough for one person, everything was clean, and the laundry was super convenient.
