Great place to stay. It has spacious rooms and all the things you would need such as a coin laundry (no dryer), bathroom with all the amenities, fridge, and kettle. There are convenience stores all around and places to eat around for a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious for a 3 person family. Location is very good too, just a short walk to the station. There are a few shops and convenience stores nearby too.

Great hotel, close to bus and train stations which have direct transport to main sightseeing destinations in Tokyo. Perfect and always helpful staff. All recommendations.

The room is small and indeed measures 11 square meters. The bed is 120 cm wide and 180 cm long, and the mattress is very comfortable. The toilet is separate from the shower. It was a great start to my first visit to Japan. The room was just large enough for one person, everything was clean, and the laundry was super convenient.
