It’s my second time staying here. Booked a three bed room. Size is small. The bathroom is like a porta potty with a shower. Door has a gap at the bottom. The room is super dusty despite the air purifier. I can literally see dust in the air. My allergies acted up so badly. Really crammed up hotel rooms and lavatories. The hotel needs renovation. You can easily hear other guest noises through the doors. Rooms become freezers during the night. Only good thing was the breakfast on the 25th floor.

Hotel has good location and “good” price for Tokyo. Rooms small but comfortable and clean. Has small bath, has laundry service and family market. Exchange money at 1 floor, not awful but now good rate. I had bad experience with staff because after flight didn’t have Internet and energy on phone.
