I would caution against booking a room here. We paid for a double delux room as per the website and that is what we were not given. I expect to get what I paid for. This property is not a 5 star, I would not even call it a 5 star. The lobby is nice but the rooms are not as per the website in the main tower. We had our agent reach out to the hotel and a mere “we are sorry, we are booked and can’t ...

The rooms are fine - a bit dated in the garden tower. Not sure about updates in the Main. Loci’s very convenient to Akasake. Breakfast buffet is very good and the garden is AMAZING. the free gym is small and in need of weight equipment . But if you are willing to pay a supplement , go the gym in the spa level.

Pros: Beautiful hotel stay for a couple. The rooms were modern and spacious. The staff was professional and very helpful. The garden area was beautiful to walk around in and the waterfall. Cons: Bit of a walk from the train station (10-15 minutes). The food is all non-inclusive and quite pricey (starting about $30/pp for breakfast. lunch and dinner are more), but really good quality.

This is my second time in Tokyo. Thought staying...

To get to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station from the lobby, you need to transfer elevators, which takes a bit of extra time. It would be more convenient if there were a convenience store or small shop closer to the hotel. The Japanese garden is beautiful, and th...
