I would caution against booking a room here. We paid for a double delux room as per the website and that is what we were not given. I expect to get what I paid for. The rooms are fine - a bit dated in the garden tower. Not sure about updates in the Main. Loci’s very convenient to Akasake. Breakfast buffet is very good and the garden is AMAZING. the free gym is small and in need of weight equipment . But if you are willing to pay a supplement , go the gym in the spa level.

Pros: Beautiful hotel stay for a couple. The rooms were modern and spacious. The staff was professional and very helpful. The garden area was beautiful to walk around in and the waterfall. Cons: Bit of a walk from the train station (10-15 minutes). The food is all non-inclusive and quite pricey (starting about $30/pp for breakfast. lunch and dinner are more), but really good quality.

The hotel as a standalone is objectively nice. That said, there is a ludicrous amount of police in the area looking by for any chance to prey on tourists. It’s been very inconvenient being stopped several times and questioned for just stepping outside. No fault to the hotel though - the services and rooms are nice. The location is just really bad. I stayed in the Tower side of the hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and had a great view. We received two complimentary bottles of water every day. To get to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station from the lobby, you need to transfer elevators, which takes a bit of extra time.
