Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier (couple trip)

There was semen on the curtain, and the bathroom contained extensive black mold, which is a serious health concern. The staff’s response was deeply disappointing. The view from our room was fabulous, and the staff were very nice. The location was okay, but not on the direct train line from the main Tokyo station. I’d stay here again because it’s affordable. The standard rooms are very small but good for 1 person. The deluxe rooms are better. I stayed 8 or 9 nights with a 3 day checkout on the middle to go to Kyoto and they kept my big suitcase for me (it was waiting for me inside my room when I checked back in).
