Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho Tokyo (solo trip)

The room was too small; and there were many visible dusty spots, causing big chunks of dust to fly all over the room which caused allergic reactions after sleeping. Window couldnt be opened which worsened the dust situation inside the room. Location and view was nice, but the operation system was a bit weird. They asked us to pay 10000Y for each bag of luggage upon storage after 2PM.

You come here for two reasons 1) location if you are in this area 2) the 24 hour gym access. The room is the stated size. For the price of around $200 USD per night, I expected basic room services, especially cleaning, at least every two days. We stayed here for 4 nights during the 1st leg of our Fall 2025 Japan trip. Just 1 hour away from Narita T1 airport. The rooms are spacious the most hotel rooms in Japan. A bit far from central Tokyo but it’s ok since it has a direct access to the Kinshicho station on the Hanzomon Line and just a few meters away from JR East Kinshicho station. Very nice and clean and the staff is great. Great location for access to food, shopping and train station. And also 7-11 on level one. 🤣😂 If you can, try and book a Premium room on the 19th floor facing the Sky Tree. And you also get access to the lounge for free wine,beer and snacks. Haha
