The room was too small; and there were many visible dusty spots, causing big chunks of dust to fly all over the room which caused allergic reactions after sleeping. Window couldnt be opened which worsened the dust situation inside the room. Location and view was nice, but the operation system was a bit weird. They asked us to pay 10000Y for each bag of luggage upon storage after 2PM.

Very nice and clean and the staff is great. Great location for access to food, shopping and train station. And also 7-11 on level one. 🤣😂 If you can, try and book a Premium room on the 19th floor facing the Sky Tree. And you also get access to the lounge for free wine,beer and snacks. Haha
