Koko Hotel Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho (solo trip)

Hotel is very nice and could have great potential! However this is not a hotel that accommodates travelers. If you plan to stay here, here expect no help from staff. Have your translator app ready. It's a shame because it is a nice hotel, makes it unattractive because of the staff. I hope that management reads this and works with the very young staff and make it better.

The location is close to Hamacho metro station, and after short walks you can arrive to various nice affordable restaurants and bigger stations. The hotel staff had great service and polite attitude, spoke English as well. Not only was it clean and spacious for 2 people, but my husband left his phone in the taxi cab before we got dropped off at Tokyo Station and the wonderful people at the front desk was able to get it delivered to them in a timely manner before we left the next morning.
