We visited Japan for the first time (my son and I) and stayed at this hotel. The service was terrific, the shuttles to the mall and the airport ran perfectly and on time and the Family Mart has most of what you need. The accommodations are lovely but the rooms don’t get too cool with AC. Great stay. Practical. An hour train to anywhere in Tokyo. If you are planning to travel to Tokyo or anywhere e...

Overall, this was a pleasant stay for an airport hotel. The rooms were clean, well-equipped with amenities, and the shuttle service was efficient and convenient. One downside was being unable to use the pool due to visible tattoos—a policy I understand may be culturally based, but it was still a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel met expectations for a short, functional stay.

Excellent facilities and customer service — would definitely return The hotel is a massive property with a lot to offer — excellent customer service, a 24/7 Family Mart on-site, two restaurants (Japanese and Chinese), a breakfast buffet, a tennis court, an indoor pool, and a sauna. They even have an onsen (hot spring) available for just $5. The staff were very attentive and helpful — a refreshing...

The hotel’s shuttle service was great—very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Having a Family Mart right in the building was also a huge plus, and both the food and hotel amenities were solid. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered good variety at a reasonable price. However, the room itself was quite outdated and noticeably dusty. It felt like it hadn’t...

I now realize how incredibly lucky I was to land at this hotel when first arriving to Japan. Altho it should have been booked online to get the lowest price, the staff helped me out, in English no less, since I was having so much difficulty. I didn't give a rating then because the room was the tiniest I'd ever laid eyes on, but that of course turns out to be typical, particularly for any cheaper r...
