The service was terrific, the shuttles to the mall and the airport ran perfectly and on time and the Family Mart has most of what you need. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for an airport hotel. The rooms were clean, well-equipped with amenities, and the shuttle service was efficient and convenient. One downside was being unable to use the pool due to visible tattoos—a policy I understand may be culturally based, but it was still a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel met expectations for a short, functional stay.
