The staff here is the standout! Rooms are typical Tokyo size and our family of 3 each had our own twin size bed (teenager on a rollaway). Location is great and easy to get to shibuya, Ginza and other touristy places by walk or using the Metro (which is 3 mins away and connected underground to the hotel). Rooms are nice and spacious with views of the city. Amenities are okay-ish.
