Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sapporo-Susukino (couple trip)

We’ve stayed at several Daiwa Roynet hotels across Japan, but this Susukino branch was a letdown. Basic amenities like face wash weren't provided unless requested, and this wasn't communicated at check-in. Great location in between Susukino station and Nijo market. The rooms were big and clean (bigger than Tokyo hotels). The shower was huge! Try to avoid smoking rooms because they really smell. It was a great place to stay!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was placed in a smoking room with a strong cigarette odor. As someone with allergies, this was unacceptable.
