Best place to buy things from pop up street vendors, garage sales, and small bazaars. Street artists provide entertainment throughout the year. In winter it's convenient to walk from Sapporo station to Susukino without getting freezed.

Nice underground passageway good for long Sapporo winters with lots of shops inside, and performance stages. Though be careful, I had my phone stolen during the performance and it was so crowded
