Great place , unique exhibition. Instead of showing “fish tank” , this aquarium shows how the aquarium works…..from preparing salt water to nursery baby penguins. My kids love seeing all the back stage activities. It’s very educational & inspiring.

We wanted to escape the heat and decided to visit the aquarium. It's a very calming and serene place to visit. Unlike the traditional aquariums, this one is very modern and uses lots of tech to enhance the experience. The penguins were very entertaining and amusing to watch.

Went on Monday late afternoon timing. It was not crowded and I enjoyed myself there. It was very relaxing and peaceful with the lighting and music. The cute penguins were the highlight of the place and also nice spongebob theme.
Book tickets early during Sapporo’s winter break. In summer, visit weekday evenings for fewer crowds.
