Like any other Japanese hotel I have visited, this place was clean, well maintained, and safe! The rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean. And the food was great! The ofuro (Japanese bath) was great and very clean! If you haven’t tried the public bath then don’t knock it until you try it… and if you are shy about being in a bath with other dudes or dude-ets, the get over yourself- no one is judgin...

Excellent customer service & hot spring was wonderful to unwind. Had a small issue of food smell in my first room but without hesitation they organised to another room. The manager and all the staff were A-star. Facilities are clean, comfy beds. They’ve thought of everything - of course! It’s Japan. Ps. lots of Chinese tourists staying at the hotel.

Just in front of Nara Station, this hotel has understood the concept of "feel yourself at home". Indeed I did. You take off your shoes and may just hang around the hotel ground in your pyjamas. Comfortable room, amazing onsen and super kind hotel personal. Loved it.

Came back here in my travels and introduced friends to the place too. The breakfast was one of my highlights for my whole trip, as were the quiet, generous "midnight noodle" hours (which are actually served from 9:30 - 11pm, in Q2 2025). The staff bring unreasonable hospitality, and there were a thousand and one thoughtful touches to the design of the spaces. Cannot recommend enough.

The rooms are very cute, cozy, and very clean and the hotel in general gives off a very authentic atmosphere with charming music. There are plenty of amazing free services. The best one is the well known onsen (traditional Jap...
