Like any other Japanese hotel I have visited, this place was clean, well maintained, and safe! The rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean. And the food was great! The ofuro (Japanese bath) was great and very clean! Excellent customer service & hot spring was wonderful to unwind. Had a small issue of food smell in my first room but without hesitation they organised to another room. The manager and all the staff were A-star. Facilities are clean, comfy beds. They’ve thought of everything - of course! It’s Japan. Ps. lots of Chinese tourists staying at the hotel.

The staff bring unreasonable hospitality, and there were a thousand and one thoughtful touches to the design of the spaces. Cannot recommend enough.

The best one is the well known onsen (traditional Jap...
