Stayed at this hotel and it was such a lovely experience! 🥹🫶🏻. The pillows were super soft and comfy— I slept so well 😴. One of my favorite parts was the view from the window! You could see the Shinkansen trains zooming around the track 🚄. It was such a cool and memorable sight to see in front of the room!! The staff were all kind, friendly, and super helpful 💖. The room was also very clea...

Extremely clean, the staff were excellent and very informative especially as we only speak English. The hotel is actually in walking distance from Shin-Osaka railway station around 4 minutes. Plenty of places to eat close by and there are 2 decent shopping malls.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. In walking distance to the train station and restaurants. We decided to stay here as it was easier to get to the shinkansen and it was a short train ride to other locations that we needed for get to. So convenient. It was less busy than staying in the touristy areas as well

The hotel's staff are very nice and always available to help, and the check-in desk will be attended to for most of the day, so early or late arrivals are not a problem. The rooms have different prices for different sizes, but all rooms are of high standards. The hot...

Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in this area. This is a very very pleasant hotel stay for us in our trip to Japan and it’s too bad it was only for a few days. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, service ...
