Extremely clean, the staff were excellent and very informative especially as we only speak English. The hotel is actually in walking distance from Shin-Osaka railway station around 4 minutes. Plenty of places to eat close by and there are 2 decent shopping malls.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. In walking distance to the train station and restaurants. We decided to stay here as it was easier to get to the shinkansen and it was a short train ride to other locations that we needed for get to. So convenient. It was less busy than staying in the touristy areas as well

The rooms have different prices for different sizes, but all rooms are of high standards. The hot...

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, service ...
