Four Points Flex by Sheraton Osaka Kitahama (solo trip)

My room was very affordable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful even with my Japanese being just about enough to scrape by. The beds were definitely firm, but the pillows were fluffy. The perfect amount of space for one person

For a solo traveler - room was clean and size was fine if you don’t have large/lots of luggage. I found it similar to other hotels in similar price range. Using the laundry machines was slightly more expensive compared to other hotels. Service staff was friendly and spoke English. The service is in need of some big improvements. It Does not measure up to Japanese standards. Feels like you are checking into a hospital for a medical examination or a dental appointment. Persons with mobility limitations BEWARE. This hotel does have an elevator and boasts ADA signage as such. However, the room walkway is very narrow and the bathroom in each room is a step up of approximately 9"-10". The only bathroom available on floor level is on the 2nd floor lobby área of the hotel. The first floor exists solely of an elevator to access the hotel from the street level.
