Although the location is good, about 3 mins walk to metro, there are too many steps in the front of main gate which is inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage. This is a review of the spa only. My wife and I visited on a late Friday afternoon in May. We spent about 3 hours there. This month the men were in the Asia zone, the women in Europe. I went there today and they absolutely don't allow anyone with tattoos anymore. I was there last year and I was allowed in as long as I covered it up with a patch. I have a small tattoo only. They said that they have changed the rules and no more tattoos, even if you cover it, are a tourist and not a member of Yakuza. Oh well, good thing I asked before paying the entrance fee!
