Free entry, nursing rooms, change tables, and elevator access aid parents, but folding strollers for the narrow escalator and strong rooftop breezes can stress caregivers and infants.
Why 1-2 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time to explore decks, enjoy a snack, and use baby care facilities without rushing
Use nursing rooms:
Feed or change your baby in private nursing rooms on 39F and 40F
Tip: Both floors have lockable rooms with diaper tables; ask staff for directions
Enjoy indoor panoramic views:
Walk behind tall glass panels on the 39F deck for safe city views
Tip: Keep the stroller close on smooth floors and point out landmarks to engage your baby
Stroll the Lumi Sky Walk:
Walk the open-air rooftop path and feel the gentle breeze above Osaka
Tip: Hold your baby in a carrier on windy days and stay away from railing edges
Ride the see-through escalator:
Experience the glass escalator between 35F and 39F
Tip: Fold the stroller or use the high-floor elevator if your stroller is too wide
Relax at Cafe SKY 40:
Order the Color Pop Soda Float and sit by the window
Tip: Choose a corner seat near space for your stroller; visit off-peak to find seating

Superb views of Osaka on a clear day. Cafe at the top of you want to grab a drink and enjoy the view. Outdoor observation level really gives a great feeling of the height. Cool escalator ride to and from the observation deck levels.

The best views of Osaka, better at night with all the city lights but very enjoyable at day too. You can have a drink and eat something with those great views.

I bought two tickets from Trip! Because there was a buy one get one free promotion, it was really cheap! So I highly recommend that you order online. It was really beautiful at night! I went there at the end of May, and it was still quite cold outside! You can wear white! You will find that your clothes will have a fluorescent effect at night

The place was beautiful — just make sure to go when the weather is nice! Also, a heads-up for those using the Osaka Amazing Pass: it only covers free entry before 3 PM. After 3 PM, you'll need to pay extra.

Top 20 tallest building in the world. Quick elevator ride to the 40th floor and then an escalator up to the observatory level. Doesn’t feel super high but still give you a good surrounding view of area. Grab a drink and can relax by the window. You can also take the stair up to the skywalk level. Amazing picture opportunity either by yourself or loved ones.
