My stay here was quite disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unmotivated and not very welcoming, which made the check-in experience uncomfortable. The hotel itself feels old and could use better cleaning and maintenance. With proper staff training and some renovation, this place could improve a lot. For now, I’d recommend considering other options before booking here.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. It probably is not the best, it is quite old and deserves modernization, but I enjoyed my stay. The room was huge compared to other hotels I've stayed in, and is well equipped. Ideal location at the heart of Nagoya. However noise isolation is very poor, and you can hear the noises from the streets quite well.
