Location was great bc it was in the center of Nagoya. Initially was quite hard to find because it’s in a discrete elevator around the shopping areas (street and department stores entrances), but there are plenty of signs. Service is standard on Japanese service which is amazing, as usual, regardless of language barriers. The only rooms available were smoking rooms which really stank up the rooms...

You can't beat the location. Stayed there twice from nz. The big family room was great; we just had 2 rooms and they do not have a connecting internal door ... adjacent ... tricky with kids. But overall it's amazing. Rooms probably on the larger size for Japanese cities.
