HOTEL MYSTAYS Nagoya Sakae (couple trip)

It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel. I couldn't sleep at all; lying on the bed felt incredibly itchy, like there were thousands of mites. Customers should be warned before booking a room here. Never coming back here.

We booked a non-smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes as soon as we entered. Even the pajamas smelled like smoke. I used a lot of air freshener, but the smell just won’t leave.

Stayed here for four days with my partner. We were happy to be placed on the top floor with a nice view. The location is convenient—very close to a Family Mart and several restaurants. We stayed at Hotel MyStays Nagoya Sakae for about 7 days during cherry blossom season. When we first arrived, our room was warm. This is a great hotel chain if you can find a good deal. I didn't have any serious issues with my room. It was just a bit disappointing how loud the traffic was considering I was on the top floor. There wasn't much difference with the window open or latched closed!
