Okay hotel with nice onsen and gym. Two major issues: 1. Tiny breakfast room and so you need to collect a timed ticket. By the time you check in, the perfect time for you day is gone and so you have to compromise and reorganise your day. Really they should have told us this in advance so we could pre-reserve breakfast times. 2. THEY GYM IS NOT FREE. This infuriated me as it’s not mentioned anywher...

Nice hotel. Stayed there for 12 nights. Not in the tourist center, but close by and with around 20 bus lines in the area, it's easy to get around. Nice onsen. Fitness room for 550 yen. Abundant breakfast with Japanese, western and Chinese style. You pre-booked a time slot for your breakfast so you avoid lines. Possibility for both lunch and dinner here. Many groups stay here, but it all runs smoot...

This hotel prohibited wearing the slippers when you enter the dining area, but I see that the other westerners tourists also wearing the slippers and not prohibited by the staff. I think is a serious racism for ...
