Nice place, my room was clean and in order and i really wanted to steal their pijamas, a bit far from the major attractions but not that much, there is the bus stop just outside the hotel, in the end was good

Okay hotel with nice onsen and gym. Two major issues: 1. Tiny breakfast room and so you need to collect a timed ticket. By the time you check in, the perfect time for you day is gone and so you have to compromise and reorganise your day. Nice hotel. Stayed there for 12 nights. Not in the tourist center, but close by and with around 20 bus lines in the area, it's easy to get around. Nice onsen. Fitness room for 550 yen. Abundant breakfast with Japanese, western and Chinese style. You pre-booked a time slot for your breakfast so you avoid lines. Possibility for both lunch and dinner here. I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay near the city center and have access to a public bath. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The counter had poor service, and the hotel didn't provide the bottle water for guest. I take my own kettle to fill water but restrained by the staff. This hotel prohibited wearing the slippers when you enter the dining area, but I see that the other westerners tourists also wearing the slippers and not prohibited by the staff.
