The good: very friendly staff, options to have more pillows, an iron, electricity plug converters, etc. Great coffee and nice toiletry selection. Modern-looking and comfortable rooms. The service/staff here is great, the room is outdated could use renos. The bed is really hard, biggest down fall. I could not sleep all night, tossed n turned. We had to check out early and find another hotel during this busy blossom season. The staff was only able to refund us for 1 night out of the 3. But it's understandable. There is no safe in rm and limited plugs.
