  • Plenty of rest areas: Benches dot the island, giving parents frequent spots to rest and supervise kids.

Challenges:

  • Crowds at peak bloom: Cherry blossom season draws many visitors, which can limit space on the island.
  • Limited toilets with baby facilities: Only one multi-function restroom offers diaper-changing; others lack baby seats.

Park is very wide and by the river, pretty relaxing. It is near the train station so it does get crowded. Visited on 2nd Apr, 5:30pm, and sakura was still 60% bloomed only. Do come back when it’s full bloom.
