The room was dirty. There was hair all over the room and it was cold and dark. The In room “onsen” and shower took so long to get warm that it wasn’t worth it. A very relaxing and atmospheric traditional Ryokan surrounded by a nice garden with very kind staff. Definitely get the meal options here, it's worth it. Most beautiful hotel I ever stay. Very peaceful and calming garden. All the lovely ladies that serve us makes it one of the highlight during our stay. The room is very spacious and clean with great decorations that provides it a "i have seen it in a Japanese movie" vibe.
