This historic property is beautifully restored, full of charm and character, and offers a rare opportunity to connect with Japan’s rich hospitality heritage. The hotel is easily accessible from the bus stops in town. There were cute antique shops surrounding...

This is a beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautifully appointed and you can bathe in the hot spring water in the privacy of your own bathroom if you choose not to use the onsen . The only criticism is the hardness of the beds, they were very uncomfortable.
