The room is a typical room in Japan, which is quite small. I booked a non-smoking room for 3 nights but the room was still filled with strong smoking smell in the first two days I stayed. In addition, the bed in that room had bugs on it that made me felt itchy too. Thank you for the staff arranging another room to me after I reported the issues to her.
