This is a great location close to Hakata Station. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a miscommunication about the check out time. We asked someone who we thought was a worker (maybe they were not?) about the check out time and they gave us the wrong time. So when guest are at the lobby waiting or came back at night for a bite at the lobby they have nowhere to throw their rubbish so they have to pass the rubbish to the staff assist to throw it. Highly recommend. Entirely non-smoking hotel, YAY. Great for people with smoke and dust allergy, becuase additionally they dont use carpet, thus less dust. My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 nights.
